Available to eligible children and families, skilled program staff will provide quality wraparound services to facilitate an effective care team planning process that is strengths-based, driven by needs, and determined by the family. This intervention will continue as long at the need remains. Our program ensures that children and families are empowered to the decision-making process affecting their lives in addition to appropriate services and resources that they may need. A Chayah Ministries quality case management partnership with that is committed to the family and foster children's success.
Chayah Ministries staff can provide children and families with the support they need, with the type, frequency and duration individualized specifically for them.
Our staff has experienced more than 100 hours of training that provides them with the skills necessary to understand and uncover the family's individual needs. They are ready to put all of that knowledge and experience to work for the benefit of your family.
Available to eligible children and families, life-skills development and in-home support can be provided for no fee for Medicaid covered persons. Understanding that every child and family has untapped potential, Chayah Ministries believes that at times individuals just need new, fresh tools to be successful. From learning how to deal with daily stressors to learning to balance a checkbook or create a budget, Chayah Ministries' team can help.
Our therapy model includes a variety of interventions, these include; direct therapy by a licensed mental health professional, equine therapy, art therapy and music therapy. By addressing past issues, children and families can remove barriers that interfere with a healthy home.
Chayah Ministries' program includes Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) training. TBRI provides skills to help parents learn new techniques and develop their existing skills with a focus on self-care, positive-parenting, and enriching relationships.
ART is designed to teach youth how to control their angry impulses and take alternative perspectives through social skills training, anger control, and moral reasoning. Successful therapy will benefit the family unit’s ability to have a peaceful and normal existence.
Our service plan offers a comprehensive, in-home support services which will work with the family to address their needs, as well as, the needs of the child or children. Through dedicated intervention, skills building, support, and education our team will meet the family where they are and help them get to where they want to be.
